This healthy chocolate pudding is not what you think it is. It’s actually the perfect treat for your picky kids because it’s jam packed with the good stuff. If you feed this to them at night as dessert, it will probably help them sleep a bit better too! It’s packed with healthy fats and protein, perfect for a bed time snack!
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Avocado
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Almond Milk
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Agave Nectar Syrup
