This high protein, chicken salad recipe is absolutely delicious and so easy to make. You can honestly add whatever spices you want to it and make it your own, but this recipe is simple and tasty. I put my chicken salad on top of these loaded breakfast potatoes from veggies made great. But this chicken salad would be good with crackers or on a slice of toast!
