This is a simple easy lunch that is perfect for you and fun for the kids! Who doesn’t love to dip things! It could also be a great Super Bowl party dish or appetizer if wanted!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Set oven to low broil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add cottage cheese, pizza sauce and oregano. Mix together. Pour into a small oven save dish (I used a cast iron skillet). Top with shredded cheese (optional) and pepperoni (optional). Place in the oven and broil for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Dip using your favorite: crackers, bread, pretzels, or anything else!
