High-Protein Three Cheese Lasagna Made with Sturdy Sauce Marinara

- 111 Onion, Diced
- 2 cloves2 cloves2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cabernet Sauvignon Red wine, or beef broth
- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Organic Cottage Cheese
- 15 oz15 oz15 oz Ricotta
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 111 Egg
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Parsley

- Cook your lasagna noodles until they’re just right (al dente, if you want to sound fancy). Drain and cool them in cold water so they don’t stick.
- Brown your beef with some diced onions and garlic. Pour in a little red wine (or beef broth), then stir in Sturdy Sauce Marinara. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix up the cottage cheese, ricotta, 1 cup of mozzarella, egg, and parsley. This is your creamy, dreamy cheese layer that’ll make your lasagna irresistible
- Grab a 9x13 dish and spread a bit of that meaty sauce on the bottom. Lay down some noodles, spread on the cheese, and top it with more sauce. Repeat the layers until you are satisfied.
- Top your lasagna with the last bit of sauce and a full cup of mozzarella. The cheese will melt into a perfect, golden crust that makes this lasagna extra special.
- Cover your dish with foil (toothpicks keep the cheese from sticking) and bake at 375°F for 45 minutes. Then, uncover and broil for 3-5 minutes to get that cheese golden and bubbly.
