Homemade Gluten Free Cornbread
This easy gluten free cornbread recipe is golden, moist, and buttery with the perfect crumb! Made in one bowl with simple pantry ingredients. It's a cozy side for chili, soups, and family dinners.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup Gluten-Free Flour, Gluten Free 1:1 Flour

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cornmeal, gluten-free

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Baking Powder

- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Salt

- 4 Tbsp4 Tbsp4 Tbsp Sugar, Raw
- 222 Eggs
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar, Milk(use plant-based for DF) (add 2 tsp to make buttermilk.)
- .333 cup.333 cup.333 cup Avocado Oil

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 400u00b0, grease an 8x8 baking dish, pie pan or oven safe iron skillet
- Whisk eggs, sugar and milk together in a medium size bow.
- Add flour, corn meal, baking powder and salt until combined.
- Stir in the oil and mix well.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake 20-25 minutes until lightly browned on top
- Serve warm and add a touch of butter and/or drizzle of honey if desired.
Notes
