- Preheat oven to 375°F Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, then whisk in the milk, melted butter, and honey.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined (don’t overmix).
- Pour into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 22–26 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean and the top is golden.
