Process

  1. 1. Melt your chocolate chips and coconut oil together. You can melt in a double broiler or a microwave. If using a microwave melt in 10 second increments.
  2. 2. Mix together the almond flour, peanut butter and maple syrup.
  3. 3. Form into egg shapes and dip in your melting chocolate. Place on a parchment paper and let set for 30-60 minutes.
