Homemade Peanute Butter Chocolate Eggs
If you love the traditional Reese’s peanut butter cup eggs but want a healthier option these are so good!
Ingredients
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Dark Chocolate Chips

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Almond Flour

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Organic Maple Sugar - Primal Palate

- 1. Melt your chocolate chips and coconut oil together. You can melt in a double broiler or a microwave. If using a microwave melt in 10 second increments.
- 2. Mix together the almond flour, peanut butter and maple syrup.
- 3. Form into egg shapes and dip in your melting chocolate. Place on a parchment paper and let set for 30-60 minutes.
