Homemade Twix Bars
These homemade Twix bars are so delicious, you won’t even need to buy them from the store! If you can make it homemade, then you can bet I will do that first! These are so easy!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Baking Chocolate Chips

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Almond Flour

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Coconut Oil
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pure Maple Syrup, Optional
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Pure Maple Syrup

- First, mix together your almond flour and coconut oil (and maple syrup if you want a sweet shortbread). Once the dough like texture forms, press it into an 8x8 brownie pan. Set aside.
- In a microwave safe bowl, add your peanut butter and syrup. Heat for 30 seconds just to make it extra runny. Pour over the shortbread mixture. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Melt your chocolate chips. Pour on top. Place in refrigerator to let it harden.
- Once it’s ready, slice and enjoy!
