Hot Honey Brussels Sprouts
Roasted brussels sprouts get a boost of sweet heat for this side dish that's simply elevated for Thanksgiving and holiday tables. You can make homemade hot honey or choose a store-bought variety. These sprouts are simply tossed in olive oil, salt and pepper before being roasted cut-side down until the edges are just charred.
The key is to spend a few minutes lining the brussels sprouts cut-side down for even crispness. Serve these with an extra drizzle of hot honey and a pinch of red pepper flakes for even more heat.
