Kale is a type of leafy green that is tougher and a lot chewier to eat. finding different ways to eat kale can be sometimes overwhelming trying to achieve great taste when not using a traditional romain. I've simply found a way to make kale chewable and enjoyable.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. wash and dry your kale.
  2. cut to desired size and massage kale with oil for 1-2 mins.
  3. in a bowl, add your mayo, garlic ,vinegar, lemon &cheese.
  4. anchovies are optional.
  5. season with salt if necessary.
  6. toss dressing in salad and add your croutons.
  7. mix and serve or refrigerate.
  8. serve and enjoy.
