Looking for an easy night quick dinner that can be done and ready to cook by time you get home? Try out this amazingly flavourful chicken recipe that is not only good for a quick weeknight meal, but also great leftovers for lunch the next day.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Pat your chicken dry and trim off any excess fat.
  2. In a bowl or ziplock bag, add all your ingredients alone with your chicken.
  3. Massage marinade into chicken.
  4. Place in the fridge for a minimum of 3-4 hours or overnight.
  5. You can also cook this chicken right after adding all your ingredients if you’re in a hurry.
  6. If chicken was marinating in the fridge, leave out at room temperature for at least 20 mins but no more than 30 mins.
  7. Turn on your grill to High heat until it reaches 500F.
  8. Once your grill reaches 500F, reduce to medium high.
  9. Place chicken on grill and cook on each side for 3-5 mins or until internal temperature reaches 165F.
  10. If you do not have a grill, you can also bake this in the oven at 450F for 25-35 mins or until internal temperatures reaches 165F using a thermometer.
  11. Let chicken rest for 5-10 mins to let all the juices redistribute through the chicken.
  12. Serve and enjoy!
