Grilling season is officially here, and these lamb sliders are the perfect way to kick it off. Made with premium lamb from @uswellnessmeats, each little patty is packed with fresh mint and spring onions for a bright, savory flavor that screams summer is around the corner!!
I served these on homemade buns, feta mayo, pickled shallots and arugula. The perfect balance of juicy, fresh, and indulgent. If you’re firing up the grill for a backyard cookout or a weeknight dinner, these sliders deliver big flavor in every bite!!!

- In a medium sized bowl, add all ingredients. Using a gloved hand, mix to incorporate.
- Form equal sized balls and flatten into ¼’’ disks.
- Heat cast iron pan or grill on medium high heat, add patties to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Sear for two minutes on each side until a crust forms and cook to your desired temperature. Set aside.
- For assembly, add layer of condiment of your choice, followed by patty and top with vegetables.
Notes
If you don't have spring garlic, use 1TB fresh garlic and 1TB green onions. Use different condiments to make your slider tasty. Flavored mayos, greens and add some cheese. Do not over cook the patties, I cooked mine to medium so they can be juicy.
