Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Add mayonnaise, ½ cup of the parmesan cheese, garlic, chives, lemon juice, milk, anchovy paste, dijon mustard, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to a medium sized mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk together until fully combined.
  3. Taste and adjust flavor adding the additional ¼ cup parmesan cheese and more lemon juice or even more pepper as desired..
  4. If you prefer a looser dressing, so it coats the romaine lettuce a bit easier, you can also adjust the amount of milk or lemon juice to create a thinner consistency.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days.
