- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Alcohol-Free Vanilla - Color Kitchen Foods
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Sea Salt
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Start by preheating your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, chopped pecans, cinnamon, and salt (if using). Stir them together until evenly mixed.
- In a separate bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well-coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the granola mixture evenly on the sheet, pressing it down to help the clusters form. Make sure there aren’t gaps between the granola.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes. Keep an eye on it to ensure it doesn’t burn; you want it to be golden brown!
