Mint Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Whole Milk
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Coconut Sugar
- 3 cups3 cups3 cups Heavy Cream (Whipping Cream)
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp ground (vanilla bean powder) Vanilla Beans
- 222 Dark Chocolate, Hu Salty Dark Chocolate Candy Bar
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Mint Leaves, Loosely Packed
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp "Peppermint Mocha" Faux Joe Coffee Alternative (Loose Leaf) - Sip Herbals

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a food processor add the mint leaves and the sip herbals peppermint mocha. Mix well until fully combined and reduced to a loose paste.
- Add all of the items with the exception of the chocolate to a stand mixture. Mix until fully combined.
- Add the ingredients to an ice cream maker and make the ice cream according to the machine instructions.
- 5 minutes before the ice cream is done, add the chocolate. Continue making the ice cream for an additional 5 minutes.
