- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Bell Pepper, diced
- 4 cloves4 cloves4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Baby Bella Mushrooms, package, diced
- 1 head1 head1 head Lettuce, Romaine, sturdy
Sauce Ingredients
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Coconut Aminos
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp White Miso Paste
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a pan over medium heat, add the onion and saute until soft.
- Add the garlic and the rest of the vegetables. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the ground meat and cook for 7 minutes.
- Add the sauce ingredients and combine.
- Lower heat and let simmer for 2-5 minutes.
- Add the mixture to your lettuce and enjoy!
