Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a large skillet heat the avocado oil over medium heat. Add the ground chicken and cook until just turnnig brown
  2. Once the chicken is browned, add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir for about two minutes then add in the chopped water chestnuts, coconut aminos and rice wine vinegar. Reduce the heat to low and allow to simmer for five minutes
  3. Scoop a couple tablespoons onto a leaf of lettuce. Sprinkle with the chopped scallions and radishes. Enjoy!
