Mixed Berry Energy Bites
Say hello to Spring and your new favorite pre-workout snack, afternoon pick-me-up or bedtime treat. These bites are made with all real, wholesome ingredients. The best part is that you can make a big batch (go ahead, double or triple it!) and store them in the fridge or freezer so you're well stocked for a while! These are sweet enough for dessert, but healthy enough for the morning, and a snack your whole family will love!
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Raw Cashews
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Medjool Dates, pitted
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Freeze Dried Strawberries, or freeze dried berry of choice
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add cashews to a food processor and pulse until in small pieces.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until well combined, but not smooth. A little texture in these is nice!
- Use a 1tbsp sized measuring spoon to evenly measure and roll out into 9 balls.
- Store in the fridge in an airtight container or stasher bag. Enjoy!
