Say hello to Spring and your new favorite pre-workout snack, afternoon pick-me-up or bedtime treat. These bites are made with all real, wholesome ingredients. The best part is that you can make a big batch (go ahead, double or triple it!) and store them in the fridge or freezer so you're well stocked for a while! These are sweet enough for dessert, but healthy enough for the morning, and a snack your whole family will love!

  1. Add cashews to a food processor and pulse until in small pieces.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until well combined, but not smooth. A little texture in these is nice!
  3. Use a 1tbsp sized measuring spoon to evenly measure and roll out into 9 balls.
  4. Store in the fridge in an airtight container or stasher bag. Enjoy!
