Ingredients
- 1 pint1 pint1 pint Strawberries, Recommend Organic for all Berries
- 11.25 fl oz11.25 fl oz11.25 fl oz Dairy-Free Sweetened Condensed Milk (click for recipe), Recommend Coconut
- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Coconut Milk Yogurt, Recommend Strawberry
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Red Food Coloring (India Tree), Recommend Vegan Food Coloring
- 8.8 oz8.8 oz8.8 oz 100% Unsweetened Chocolate Chips, Recommend Pascha 100% Chocolate Chips
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt, Recommend Coarse Sea Salt
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup White Baking Chips, Recommend Pascha Chocolate Mini White

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Chop strawberries into bite size pieces & set aside.
- Mix yogurt and condensed milk in a bowl with a whisk.
- Add strawberries, and if using the optional mini white chocolate chips and red food coloring, blending well and setting aside.
- Using a cookie scoop place yogurt rounds on cookie tray lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze overnight.
- Melt dark chocolate using a double boiler over medium-low heat stirring often once they start to melt.
- Pour into a deep bowl once melted and dip FOYO rounds into chocolate to cover.
- Place back on cookie tray & sprinkle with coarse salt.
- Return to the freezer for about 30 minutes & enjoy!
