Having healthy snacks and meals ready to go is an absolute game changer with a newborn in the picture, and these No-Bake Lactation Energy Bites have been hitting the spot like no other! I whipped up a batch to have stocked in my freezer, and they've been devoured in no time. Not only do they make the perfect, nutrient-dense snack to fuel me through my afternoons, mornings, or late nights, but they also happen to be filled with lactation-supporting ingredients (which can still be enjoyed by anyone NOT breastfeeding as well)! Process
