  1. Melt chocolate using a double boiler over medium low heat.
  2. Once chocolate begins to melt stir until fully melted and set aside to cool for a few minutes.
  3. Place greens, berries and coconut on a plate.
  4. Add melted chocolate to a jar with the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, maple syrup, salt and pepper. Shake well.
  5. Serve over the salad and enjoy!
