Pascha Chocolate Summer Salad

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate, Recommended 85% Pascha Chocolate Chips
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Spring Mix Salad Greens Lettuce, Recommend any organic mixed greens
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Strawberries, Recommend mixed berries or seasonal fruits
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Coconut Meat
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Ground Fresh Black Peppercorns
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Melt chocolate using a double boiler over medium low heat.
- Once chocolate begins to melt stir until fully melted and set aside to cool for a few minutes.
- Place greens, berries and coconut on a plate.
- Add melted chocolate to a jar with the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, maple syrup, salt and pepper. Shake well.
- Serve over the salad and enjoy!
