Ingredients
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Cassava Flour
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Bittersweet Chocolate, 85% extra bittersweet recommended
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Salted Butter, vegan
- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup Coconut Sugar
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Flax Seed Meal
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Water
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Take flax seeds and water and mix well together to make a flax egg. Set aside.
- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- Line brownie pan with parchment paper.
- Meal vegan butter over low heat.
- Add melted butter to sugar and mix well.
- Next add flax egg, vanilla, cassava flour and cacao powder.
- Mix all well and add chocolate chips to combine.
- Add to lined brownie pan and put in the oven.
- Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
- Remove and let cool before cutting.
- Enjoy.
