Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Pre heat oven to 350F.
  2. Wash your peach well, peeling is optional and slice.
  3. Place in your baking dish, then add your sugars, spices, lemon juice, zest, salt and corn starch.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Cover it will foil and place in the oven for 10-15 mins.
  6. In a bowl, add your sugars, salt, flour, & baking powder, then mix.
  7. Add in your cold butter and press into mixture.
  8. You can also save some time by placing it in a food processor.
  9. Once mixture comes together, add in your boiling water.
  10. Dough should look like a thick paste when you’ve mixed everything together.
  11. Remove peaches from your oven and dollop your mixture on top.
  12. You can spread cobbler dough or just leave it in chunks.
  13. Bake at 350F for 25-30 mins or until golden brown.
