Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Blender Muffins gf/df
These muffins are so quick, so easy, and such a great grab-and-go breakfast or snack! Just blend, pour, and bake! They are great with a little butter and honey.
Ingredients
- 333 Banana, Ripe
- 333 Eggs, Pastured
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Cashew Milk, Any milk will do. I used my homemade cashew milk.
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Almond Flour

- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Baking Powder

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract

- 0.125 cup0.125 cup0.125 cup Hemp Hearts, Hemp seeds
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Creamy Peanut Butter, Salted

- 2) Put all ingredients in a blender
- 3) Blend for 30 seconds or until everything is well incorporated
- 4) Fill silicone muffin cups up 3/4 of the way
- 5) Bake at 375° for 20-25 mins
