  1. Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl, then add wet to form a cookie dough.
  2. Roll into ball and press to form the cookie
  3. Mix together the filling ingredients and add a scoop of the PB mixture to half of the cookies
  4. Top with remaining cookies and place in the fridge to set for an hour.
