Peppermint Pretzel Bark
Three ingredients is all you need to make this delicious peppermint pretzel bark. If you’re like me and love those white chocolate covered pretzels you can buy in the store, then this bark will be your new favorite thing! It’s so delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Pretzels, Festive, holiday ones!
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup White Chocolate, Peppermint flavored
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- On a baking sheet, lay down a piece of parchment paper.
- Spread the pretzels evenly, laying them flat, touching one another but none on top of each other.
- Melt the peppermint white chocolate and coconut oil together. Pour over pretzels and spread. Place in freezer to let it harden.
- Once ready, break the bark in pieces and enjoy!
Notes
If you don’t have peppermint white chocolate (I got mine from Trader Joe’s), then do white chocolate and break up candy canes to mix in! Works just as good!
