These finger foods are an easy + nutritious way to get your little ones into the Christmas holiday spirit! 🥑 All you need for this fun snack activity is whole wheat pita bread (or gluten-free), avocado mash, bell peppers, and pretzel sticks!
Ingredients
- 111 Gluten-Free Pita Bread - Against the Grain

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Avocado, We used avocado mash
- 111 Red Bell Pepper, chopped small
- 666 Gluten-Free Pretzel Sticks
- 1 pieces1 pieces1 pieces Cheddar Cheese, if vegan, 1 yellow bell pepper to make a star

- Slice your pita bread in half, and then make 6 triangles (3 from each half).
- Put a pretzel stick into each base of the pita triangles.
- Using a spoon, pat guacamole on top of the pita triangles.
- Decorate with bell peppers.
- Using a mini star cookie cutter, make 6 star shapes from your cheese/yellow bell pepper. Place on top of the pita triangle. Enjoy!
