Plant-Based Alfredo Sauce
This is the best plant-based Alfredo sauce! It's super easy to make with under 10 ingredients, incredibly creamy, and secretly packed full of vegetables.

- 6 oz6 oz6 oz Zucchini, peeled & chopped
- 15 oz15 oz15 oz Silken Tofu, drained
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Almond Milk, Can use any type of milk
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vegetable Bouillon
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Black Pepper

- In a stovetop steam basket or microwave steamer, steam the zucchini until fork tender.
- Add the steamed zucchini, tofu, milk, onion, garlic, nutritional yeast, and lemon juice into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides of the blender if necessary.
- Season with salt and pepper according to taste.
