Pork Pozole
Here is the recipe for the pork pozole using EZ Bombs Pozole Bomb!
Ingredients
- 2.5 lb2.5 lb2.5 lb Boneless Pork Butt, or pork meat of choice (we used 2.5lb pork neck and 1.5lb pig's feet)
- 25 oz25 oz25 oz Hominy, 1 can
- 111 Pozole Bomb - EZBombs
- 6 cups6 cups6 cups Water

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Gather all the ingredients.
- In a large pot, combine the 4 pounds of pork meat (2.5 lbs pork neck and 1.5 lbs pigs feet), the rinsed 25 oz can of hominy, the pozole bomb, and 6 cups of water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer until the pork is tender, about 1-2 hours.
- Serve the pork pozole hot, garnished with your desired toppings.
