protein chickpea “whoppers”
recently saw someone say chocolate covered chickpeas taste like the good ol’ whopper candy… & I had to try it. 🍫✨
whoppers were a childhood fave, but not exactly gluten-free or low sugar — so naturally I made my own version.
these protein chickpea “whoppers” are crunchy, chocolatey, & coated in that perfect sweet cocoa layer… but made gluten-free, sugar-free, & packed with protein + fiber.
honestly? a pretty spot-on, better-for-you dupe (in my humble opinion). 😌
