Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- in a sauce pan over medium heat, add all wet ingredients & melt until combined.
- to a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients, then pour & mix in wet ingredients.
- line a square baking dish with parchment paper, then press mixture into pan.
- add dark chocolate chips to one bowl & white chocolate chips to another bowl.
- microwave each bowl in 15-30 second intervals until chocolate is completely melted.
- using a spatula, first add a layer of dark chocolate.
- add dollops of white chocolate on top, then using a toothpick, create a swirl.
- freeze for 20-30 minutes, then cut into bars & enjoy!
