Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together pumpkin and Truvia Baking Blend until fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs and molasses until well combined.
  4. Add vanilla protein powder, salt, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice and flour and mix until combined.
  5. Use a cookie scoop or roll dough into balls (1.2 ounces each) and place on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray or lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  6. Bake for 8-9 minutes, or until lightly golden brown on the edges.
  7. Remove from oven and immediately press an unwrapped Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie then let cool.
