These decadent treats are actually packed with protein and your kids will never know. They are the perfect treat to make for Valentine’s Day or to just have as a snack for them when they get home from school. They’re sweet, and taste just like dessert, but they have hidden protein in them. It’s the best of both worlds for both moms and kids

  1. In a mixing bowl, add your whipped cream, protein powder, and food coloring. Mixed together until it is perfectly creamy. Sat aside.
  2. Melt your chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Add a spoonful of chocolate to your mini cupcake pan. If you don’t have a silicone muffin pan, make sure to use cupcake liners. Then top the chocolate with the whipped cream mixture.
  3. Add sprinkles if you want.
  4. Place in the freezer to let it harden
  5. Once the whipped cream has set, and the chocolate is hardened, enjoy!
