- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Almond Butter
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Ice Cubes, optional for a frostier texture
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Soy Milk, or any non-dairy milk (plus more as needed), see notes for alternative option
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Coconut Cream
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Granola
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Ground Cinnamon

- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk as needed, until it reaches your desired consistency.
- If desired, spread coconut cream around the inside of a glass and dust with cinnamon. Pour in smoothie and top with more coconut cream, cinnamon, and granola. Enjoy!
