- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Crema Mexicana, or 3/4 cup sour cream mixed with 1/4 cup of milk
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Jalapeño Pepper
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Lime

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cilantro, chopped

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Place whole jalapeños on a dry comal or heavy-bottomed cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally with tongs, until the skins are blackened and blistered on all sides.
- (You can also roast the jalapeños on a baking sheet under the broiler for 5-10 minutes until the skins are charred and blistered.)
- Once roasted, transfer the hot jalapeños to a small bowl and cover tightly with plastic wrap or place them in an airtight container.
- Let them steam for 10-15 minutes; this helps loosen the skins.
- Once cool, peel the charred skin off the jalapeños.
- For less heat, slice them open and scrape out all the seeds and the veins.
- Roughly chop the roasted jalapeños.
- In the bowl of a food processor or blender), add the softened cream cheese, Mexican crema, and the packet of Primal Palate Garden Ranch Seasoning Mix, chopped jalapeños and juice from the lime.
- Process the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a bowl and mix in the chopped cilantro.
- Serve with tortilla chips, fresh cut vegetables, or as a condiment for Mexican-inspired dishes.
