- Add 2 tablespoons olive oil to large, nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add apple slices; stir occasionally for 5 minutes.
- Add Apple Pie Spice to apples; continue stirring occasionally for 10-15 minutes, or until apple slices are golden brown and soft. Remove skillet from heat.
- Preheat broiler to low heat. Line a large, rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper. Arrange baguette slices, side-by-side, in a single layer. Place baguette slices under broiler for 30-90 seconds, or until they are toasted and lightly golden brown; keep a watchful eye so they do not burn. Turn baguette slices over and broil for additional 30-60 seconds, or until opposite sides are toasted and a light golden brown.
- Arrange toasted baguette slices on a serving platter.
- Spread a heaping 1/2 teaspoon green olive paste over each toasted baguette slice. Top baguette slices with cooked apples. Lightly drizzle with olive oil. Serves 10-12 as an appetizer.
