Simple chocolate sponge cake at home
I prepared this cake when my daughter turned 9 months old and I let her ate it, she loved it 🙂
Ingredients
- 4 whole4 whole4 whole Egg

- 80 grams80 grams80 grams Cane Sugar
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

- 90 grams90 grams90 grams All Purpose Flour
Process

- Beat 4 eggs and sugar in a bowl until frothy
- Add cocoa powder and flour in it and gradually mix it.
- place butter paper in a baking pan and add mixture into the pan.
- Bake it 150c 25-30 minutes
- Once the cake is done, you can do different toppings like chocolate or strawberry.
