  1. Add Brussels sprouts to a pot or saucepan
  2. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 10–12 minutes until fork-tender
  3. Drain and pat dry
  4. Arrange sprouts on a parchment-lined baking sheet
  5. Gently flatten each one with the bottom of a cup
  6. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with bare bones broth seasoning, nutritional yeast, garlic, salt, and pepper and cheese if using
  7. Roast at 425°F (220°C) for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy
  8. Top with your favorite extras a sprinkle of cheese, a drizzle of balsamic, or a touch of salt
