Spicy Sausage Pizza
Make your pizza night even better with an elevated, delicious recipe for Spicy Sausage Pizza. Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Pizza Dough, divided into 2 balls
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Arrabbiata Sauce (Spicy Marinara)
- 1/2 lb1/2 lb1/2 lb Mozzarella Cheese, grated
- 4 oz4 oz4 oz Chicken Sausage, spicy, finely chopped
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Spicy Red Pepper Olive Oil - Kosterina
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Hot Honey
- 1 bunch1 bunch1 bunch fresh Basil, for garnish

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- On a floured surface, roll out one of the dough balls to form a 10 inch round. Top with a few scoops of Pizza Girl Arrabiata Pasta Sauce, then sprinkle with half of the mozzarella cheese, half of the chicken sausage, and half of the red pepper flakes.
- Cook the pizza on high for 3-5 minutes in the Pizza Girl Pizza Oven until the crust is golden brown and the toppings are melted. Alternatively, you can cook the pizza in an oven at 500F with a preheated pizza stone for about 8 minutes.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a minute or two. Repeat with the second pizza. Before serving, drizzle with Kosterina Spicy Red Pepper Olive Oil, hot honey, and fresh basil.
