Katina’s Banana Bread
I make this banana bread all the time for my family & friends and they are always asking for the recipe! This gluten-free, healthier alternative to banana bread tastes even better than its traditional counterpart. With flavors boosted by our Organic Everyday Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a crispy top made with cinnamon sugar, this treat has the perfect amount of sweetness to satisfy any craving.
Ingredients
- 3 whole3 whole3 whole Banana, large and ripe
- 1/3 cup1/3 cup1/3 cup Organic Everyday Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Kosterina
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Eggs
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Gluten-Free Flour
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Sugar, Raw
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Cinnamon, Ground

- Mash Bananas in a large bowl. In the same bowl, add in wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Pour batter into a non-stick bread pan. Mix together Cinnamon and Sugar to make topping. Sprinkle topping on top of the Banana Bread.
- Bake Banana Bread at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Once cooled, toast a slice of Banana Bread and enjoy with butter.
