If you're looking for an easy, high-protein and delicious breakfast you can make ahead, these sprouted overnight oats are for you! They are packed with protein and good-for-you ingredients like One Degree Organics Sprouted Rolled Oats, chia seeds, ground flaxseeds, hemp hearts, protein powder and milk of your choice. You can also add in any other ingredients of your choice, and top these oats with whatever you'd like. I love doing a mix of granola - for an added crunch - berries and peanut butter! They're perfect to meal prep and keep in the fridge all week long for an easy grab and go breakfast!
