Sprouted Overnight Oats
If you're looking for an easy, high-protein and delicious breakfast you can make ahead, these sprouted overnight oats are for you! They are packed with protein and good-for-you ingredients like One Degree Organics Sprouted Rolled Oats, chia seeds, ground flaxseeds, hemp hearts, protein powder and milk of your choice. You can also add in any other ingredients of your choice, and top these oats with whatever you'd like. I love doing a mix of granola - for an added crunch - berries and peanut butter! They're perfect to meal prep and keep in the fridge all week long for an easy grab and go breakfast!

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Flaxseed Meal, (ground flaxseed)
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup, optional

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Oat Milk, Organic, 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp (milk of choice)

- Add all dry ingredients to a jar, then top with maple syrup (optional) and milk.
- Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
- Close the lid of the jar and refrigerate for about 8-10 hours or overnight.
- Before enjoying, top with granola, fruit nut/seed butter, or any other toppings of your choice.
