Steakhouse style drumsticks
Nothing feels more like summer than delicious drumsticks on the grill! This steakhouse style marinade brings intense flavor and serious summer vibes! The French onion dip from Primal Palate was the perfect addition to these delicious flame grilled drumsticks. Side note: the dip also works brilliantly on veggies, burgers, and any style cracker or pretzel.
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Pasture-raised Chicken Drumsticks - US Wellness Meats

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Kosterina

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Steak Seasoning - Primal Palate

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 cloves2 cloves2 cloves Garlic, minced

- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Red Onion, chopped
- 1 fl oz1 fl oz1 fl oz Red Wine Blend
- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Sour Cream
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole French Onion Seasoning Mix - Primal Palate

- 1 clove1 clove1 clove Garlic, minced

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Red Onion, chopped

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Drumsticks:
- Add all of your ingredients to a ziplock style bag and shake vigorously
- Seal and refrigerate your drumsticks for 4 to 8 hours and grill until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees
- French onion dip:
- Combine all of your ingredients in a medium sized serving bowl and mix together thoroughly
- Refrigerate for at least one hour for optimum flavor
Notes
Feel free to either air fry, bake, or pan sear your drumsticks. They will turn out just as delicious. Just always make sure that internal temperature reaches 165 degrees! Also I like to use my favorite steak sauce as a substitute for the Worcestershire sauce. My personal favorite is the prime steak marinade from better than bouillon.
