- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Parmigiano Reggiano
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Olive Oil

- in a food processor or blender, add your sun-dried tomatoes, walnuts, garlic & parmesan.
- blend until all combined.
- season with salt and pepper and taste it.
- if seasonings are right, turn on blender/processor and slowly pour in your olive oil.
- once you're done pouring you oil, your pesto is done.
