- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Walnuts, Unroasted and Unsalted
- 5 Tbsp5 Tbsp5 Tbsp Butter, Salted
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 0.75 tsp0.75 tsp0.75 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Garlic Powder
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Paprika
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Coconut Sugar

- In a medium sized mixing bowl combine the butter, coconut aminos, salt, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and coconut sugar.
- In a large mixing bowl combine the cereal, cashews, and walnuts.
- Working in batches add a little bit of the butter mixture to the cereal bowl and mix well.
- Continue adding and mixing the butter until it’s gone.
- Make sure the cereal is evenly coated with the butter mixture.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Evenly pour the cereal mixture on the parchment paper.
- Bake at 200F for 45 – 50 minutes.
- Cool the snack mix and serve.
- Store in an air-tight container.
