- 111 Egg, pkg medium noodles (16 oz, cooked, drained)
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt

- 444 Eggs, (beaten)
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground, ground

- .667 cup.667 cup.667 cup Granulated White Sugar

- .75 cup.75 cup.75 cup Raisins
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Sour Cream
- .75 cup.75 cup.75 cup Applesauce, Unsweetened

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat the oven to 350u2109. Spray a bundt pan with a non-stick cooking spray.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the melted butter into the bottom of the bundt pan.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar over the butter.
- Sprinkle the walnuts over the sugar.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, salt, cinnamon, sugar, raisins, sour cream, applesauce, and the rest of the butter.
- Add the noodles and mix to combine thoroughly.
- Pour into the bundt pan.
- Bake for an hour or until the kugel is browned on top and the kugel has set.
- Let the kugel sit for 10 minutes on a wire rack.
- To serve, turn the pan upside down on a plate and remove. Serve warm.
Notes
This kugel can be made ahead and reheated but I like it best served warm from the oven. To store this kugel, place any leftovers in an airtight container and keep in the refrigerator for up to four days.
