This recipe tastes just like a sloppy Joe mix and is way more nutrient dense without any added sugar or preservatives

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. If wanting sweet potato rounds, preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Slice potatoes and add to a baking sheet. -Add oil salt and pepper evenly
  3. Roast for 20 minutes, flip and roast another 15-20 until done
  4. In a pan over medium heat*, add onion, garlic, and pepper and cook for 5 minutes
  5. Add ground beef and break apart with your utensil. Add seasonings and cook until browned
  6. Add the rest of the ingredients and combine
  7. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes
  8. Plate sweet potatoes with sloppy Joe mixture on top and add any toppings you’d like
  9. Dig in nacho style or use a fork and knife 🙂

Notes
