Sweet Pumpkin Goldfish
I never thought I would be that mom who would make homemade goldfish. However, they’re actually really easy to make and my kids love them. Why not whip up a batch that’s healthy and delicious so that they have a yummy snack. These are very simple and contain a serving of vegetable in them since they are made with pumpkin. It’s a win-win.
Ingredients
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Pumpkin Purée
- 2 - 3 cups2 - 3 cups2 - 3 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Soda
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Coconut Sugar

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice - The Spice Lab

- Preheat your oven to 350°. Line a cookie sheet with partridge and paper and set aside.
- And a mixing bowl, at all of your ingredients and mixed together until your dough forms. Start with 2 cups of flour and add flour as needed to make the dough perfect to shape goldfish.
- Once the dough is made, flour a surface and roll the dough out until it’s then and flat. Using a goldfish shape, cut out your goldfish.
- Place the goldfish on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with more sugar and pumpkin pie spice if desired.
- Place in the oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until crispy to your kids liking.
