Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and both sugars until light and fluffy, 2-3 minutes.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
  4. In separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
  6. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop 1.5-tablespoon portions of dough onto prepared sheets, spacing 3 inches apart.
  8. Bake 9-10 minutes until edges are golden but centers look slightly underdone.
  9. Cool on pan 5-10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.

Notes

Cookies will look underdone when removed from oven—this is correct! For thicker cookies, chill dough balls 15 minutes before baking. Use quality white chocolate chips with real cocoa butter. Store in airtight container up to 7 days.
