Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Spice Apple Bake
Fill your home with the aroma of fall. This Pumpkin Apple Spice Bake is a great way to take your boxed pumpkin mix to the next level.
Ingredients
- 111 Apple, Fuji
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

- 111 Gluten Free Pumpkin Bread & Muffin Baking Mix - Trader Joe's
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Coconut Oil
- 222 Eggs

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- 1. Make your cinnamon apples (you can find a recipe for that on my blog)
- 2. Preheat the oven to 350° F
- 3. Prep the pumpkin bread mix, follow instructions as listed on the box for best preparation of the mix
- 4. Bring it all together, mix the cinnamon apples with the pumpkin bread mix and walnuts.
- 5. Evenly distribute pumpkin bread mix, cinnamon apples and walnuts into individual ramekin dishes. If you do not have ramekin dishes you can use a bread pan or square baking dish as well
- 6. Place in oven for 50-55 minutes, use a toothpick to check doneness level and add increments of 2-3 minutes as needed.
